The Jackson Hole Film Institute, a non-profit organization, was founded to empower independent filmmakers and global audiences through film and new media.
In recent years, the Institute has organized and produced the Jackson Hole Film Festival to showcase independent filmmakers' works. The Jackson Hole Film Festival has featured independent films competing in over 8 different categories including: World Program, Features, Documentaries, Shorts, Global Insight, Sports Action, Student Voices and Audience Choice Award.
